Another update.
Still rather buried...trying to find inspiration watching videos of French Can Can which never fails to put a smile on my face.But everything else feels dark and empty at the moment. Going on a boat trip up the Trent and Mersey Canal tomorrow...water, wildlife..open spaces..the green of the English countryside in summer.

let me tell u a story :
man walks into the pub and takes his seat at the bar counter. The signals the bar man for a large shot of whisky. As the man sips his drinks, he hears a voice say : ' you look great today'. The man looks around and sees nobody. He hears the voice again; ' you are absolutley glowing' 'hmmm, wht a great smell, what are you wearing?'...the man is puzzled and looks again and realizes that the voice is coming from the bowl of nuts that had accompanied the drink.
So he calls out to the bar man: ' Hey, whats with the nuts?'
'Oh', the bar man replies, ' the nuts are complimentary.'
