I found this photo on the left showing me on this day last year before I had started my get fit campaign! I thought it would be fun to include a photo which I took a few minutes ago to showing you the difference between then and now!

I mentioned power walking and your success story to a friend in UK who is trying to lose weight and will send her some links that you had posted earlier. She is very eager to try it out, since she can't run but can walk!
