I'm feeling quite empty at the moment. I'd like to see the back of this piece...so i'm trying to push myself...it's having the opposite effect...but I'm probably about 5/6 of the way there now..so...not much more..I reached 130 hours..should probably take another 20 or so.

It's a bad feeling when you know you've mentally checked out on something that's not finished. On the plus side, it doesn't show.
Thank you Julie...You understand, as do many artists...especially those who take such a long time to complete a piece that one's sights are set on the next piece often long long before the finish of the current one. The trick is develop a work ethic which means a daily intput of hours on a regular basis...easier said than done !
