Above you can see Will on drums playing the band's own composition. the band called 'Bloodshot Soup' was the result of an innercity project run by a local recording studio to get young teenagers involved in music.the concert was held at the Derby Assembly rooms last night.
Will played brilliantly having actually played drums for a couple of years..he kept time and rhythm perfectly. Each drum was 'miked up'..he was like a mini thunderstorm!
My other son Sam here playing bass guitar for his band: Oblivion.Playing their own song too, they managed an astonishingly tight performance.Fantastic.
Sam is usually shy of having his photo taken...here he had no choice...thankfully the results make him look so cool!
He did sing too!!What a proud moment it was for me...now I want to get back into a band!

It's great that they are both in bands and enjoying themselves making music. No wonder yua re proud seing them perform!
BK..for their sound, think Deep Purple/Metallica/Iron Maiden!I can't believe the kids are into this music these days..it's brilliant!
