What's this 'ere then?...I had a series of interesting conversations recently which have been based around , what is the boundary that marks a drawing as a piece of 'Art' or an 'Illustration'?..is one more valid than the other? The more I thought about it, I could only come up with the thought that for a drawing/painting etc to be considered as 'art'...it must illicit an emotional response from the viewer...I wonder.
So it's over to you...what do you think?

I consider something to be a piece of art when it speaks to my soul, so I suppose this is just another way to say illiciting an emotional response, isn't it?
Jonice...yes, exactly!
