Sublime and nonsense.

Sitting in my front roomI looked out of the window and thought what a wonderful evening it was. the sun had just set and the sky cast an eerie light, so I went to photograph this Lime tree which is directly outside my house. I left the flash on for this shot and managed to capture a little of the atmosphere.
Today i have concentrated on this little cartoon.mY friend who is studying at Edinburgh university contacted me with a request to produce an image which would go on tickets and flyers advertising the end of term Ball.I was happy to oblige and the result was McMarylin!

Preparation for my next major work has begun. I need to take some reference photographs using morning sunshine, so i hope to do this tomorrow ...if the sun shines!

That's a cute picture.

And where does that greenish-light on the tree come from?

LOL! McMarilyn. So glad his kilt is retaining his modesty as you don't want to advertise the wrong kind of ball! Sorry, couldn't resist!

Great cartoon.

DM...Thank you.

Julie...The greenish light is actually the moss on the tree highlighted by the flash of my camera.

Tyson...Creating mty pictures is someting I do ...it's my job..my way of earning a living..my passion and is utterly addictive...I HAVE to do it.

PS...you see..I don't consider this to be anything special..but I live with it..but thank you, I do feel sometimes that I have a gift which I can chose to use correctly or neglect it.

BK..lol!Charity Balls.

Why is it that you do not consider it to be anything special, I wonder..See--it comes easily to you.I know how HARD it is to be able to translate ideas in your head into images. To me, it seems like a really special gift.Am trying to look at it from your point of view--and not seeing what you see! ;-)
