Around 4 hours work on this since yesterday...you can see how slow progress is!. Looking at my work sheet, i can see that I'm entering the sixth week on this. Boring for you the viewer, but a challenge I suppose along the lines of a marathon. I have mentioned the works 'time consuming' and sometimes 'Tedious' but don't let me fool you..I feel very privilaged to be able to devote so much of my time to this.Sunday, April 06, 2008

Even though i haven't been commenting I have been following this piece.Incredible details.Almost like a photograph.And now I must ask you a question which a hundred people must have asked you "Don't you ,mid way through the picture, get terribly impatient to finish it?"

PS...I know you're there..I sense your presence ( As Darth Vader said to Luke one Christmas!)...To answer your question, yes there are times i'm ready to move on. Although so far i'm still enjoying it..although i have sketches of what I want to do with the sky..it will still come out different from what is imagined...I can't wait to put the clouds in!
