It's amazing how you show feelings and express moods through your tiny little dots, Niall. When I just opened it here and saw this picture, bitterness was the word that came to my mind. Only then, scrolling down to see and read the posts I've been missing (due to hectic days these have been) I saw what you said about the character being bitter and caustic. You say so very much with no words, this is what is delightful about your work. And his cloak is so beautiful with all the satrs.
This figure is pretty creepy. I have the same reaction to him as the child catcher on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!
I like that though he is a caustic, self-absorbed character, he has remarkable clarity and knowledge in his gaze. Very treacherous combination!
