Niall, do you use a graph when you draw from photos(am presuming you are doing this from one--please correct me if I'm wrong) or do you just draw? Its coming out really well.
There is another person in there..and many more will emerge!
The drawing of my work depends solely on the original source..usually I work from my own photo resources or from sketch books.sometimes from drawings I've done many years before. Transfering to the page is usually done by a tracing wether from my drawings or photographs..tracings usually involve basic shapes or areas..the detail is added in freehand. In all cases..the original source is my own and therefore I have no problem with transfering them using traces. (Some people have a problem with this!)
"Welcome to my particular 'dance of life'.In these pages you'll see me producing artwork using millions of individually drawn dots of ink called 'Hyperpointillism'. You'll also see photographs..drawings and paintings.I endeavour each day to keep you up to date with whatever I'm working on giving a candid and honest insight into the life of an artist. Why not join me each day?....afterall,in life we're always learning...in the Eternal Dance, we're all just beginners"
